Policies and Procedures

At Samadhi Ayurveda we strive for you to have the most positive and uplifting session possible.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any paperwork and take care of your personal needs before the session time begins.

How should I prepare for my appointment? Stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water 12 hours before and after your appointment. We provide clients with water during appointments. Please dress loosely and comfortably, and avoid wearing perfumes and excess jewelry. Please note you may want to wear clothes you do not mind getting oil on.

 

Cancellations, Refunds and Late Arrivals

If you should need to cancel your appointment, please do so with 24 hours notice, or you will be charged for your session.

Prepayment for Wellness Packages and Gift Certificates are non refundable.

Wellness Packages and Gift Certificates expire 6 months from purchase/issue.

In fairness to the next client, please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times.  Sessions begun late due to the client arriving late, end at the appointed time and are full price. If you are running just a few minutes late, we will continue with your appointment, but please understand that you will only receive massage for the time remaining in your appointment.

If you are over 20 minutes late for an appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged full price. The ONLY exception to these rules will be for medical emergencies, death in the family, or severe weather.

Confidentiality
Everything discussed during the session and upcoming ones will be kept confidential except when subpoenaed by a court of law. Client details would not be revealed, unless the client has given written permission to do so. I will not confirm nor disclose the fact that a specific person is my client, unless I have permission and the written consent of the client to do so.
